My latest mantra has been, “if it’s not productive, it has to go”. Sadly that means that our wether goat and the pony nobody rides anymore have to find new homes. The good news is that our rabbits finally managed to procreate (perhaps they heard our threats of dinner fixin’) and we are very excited.

As a nice coincidence, the baby rabbits were born a week before Easter so we didn’t tell the kids until Easter Sunday. it was a little anti-climactic since they still looked a bit like drowned rats at that point. but this sunday they had grown a little fluffy and much cuter – sure look more like rabbits anyway. maybe next year we’ll time that a little better.
